t what times can I take a lesson?

Lessons are available 24 hours a day.

Can I contact the tutor before a lesson?

Yes, you can. Go to your “Lesson History” and view the relevant lesson. You can then message the tutor at message area. Any messages sent to you by the tutor are also displayed at message area.

I want to verify if my booking is successful.

Once your booking is made, you will receive a booking confirmation e-mail to your registered email address. Any cancellations or messages from your tutor are also sent to you via email.

If a lesson is cancelled, when will my points be refunded?

Your points will be refunded immediately. If a lesson is cancelled less than 30 minutes before the start of the lesson, it will be treated as an emergency cancellation and your points will be refunded 15 minutes after the completion of the lesson. For emergency cancellations, we charge you 70% of the points required for the lesson. Please note that if the lesson has not started 5 minutes after the scheduled time, the lesson will be treated as a cancellation.

I have registered as a member, but I cannot book a lesson.

In order to book a lesson, you have to create your profile.

I have forgotten my password.

Use the “Password Reset” button on the login screen to reset your password.
